Horses for courses

This is my 5th year involved in triathlon and I have learned a lot of lessons since having a crack at the 2008 X-Terra race. There is a lot to the sport of triathlon if you’re trying to give it a decent crack as a competitive age grouper. There is no ‘one correct way’ to prepare – but there are some things that I have learnt that work for me and they may help you too.
