Monday Swim altered after crash

Falling off your bike at speed does funny things to your body which lasts quite a few days after too. Bruising, soreness, aching, swelling etc… Working on Monday I could feel the shoulder that had taken the impact on Saturday and wasn’t sure I should be swimming the hard session planned with it. I managed to have a chat with both Ben and Physio Craig (thanks again team) and the decision was made to make it an easy swim and if I felt the shoulder at all to stop and relax. No need to relax, shoulder was great and swim was awesome, even managed to push a little near the end so stoked!! Went to Waitakere Tri Club committee meeting afterwards for a great catch up and some good progress for the club. Thanks to Phil McGrath for the lift home too;-) saved my poor little legs from the cycle;-)
