Let’s just say, it wasn’t as fun as last time.
There was a lot of kick in our morning and after the past 2 days the legs were not very happy with that at all and by the way, I don’t like kick!!
I know that kick is important and this session also helped us with rotation. Was good to get back in the pool after a couple of weeks out, but it was tough return!!
Thanks again to Simon for the tips in the pool this morning, I even saw a couple of the new recruits get some great pointers this morning.
