Head up, early forearm, 200s on 4.30!

Thats the call of todays swim session!

  • warm up
  • 10 by 50m head up then recover long stroke.
  • 5 by 200s hard on 4.30
  • 1km easy including back.

Really need to figure out my pacing for races.  I was meant to do the 200’s on 2.45 then reduce the time each one but they ended up being all over the place.  The good thing is they were all within 5 seconds of each other.
