Early morning this morning was a little later than usual as we didn’t get to the pool until 6.30am so it was lucky I only had 2km to do in the pool.
After a 500m warm up it was time to see what I could do. My swimming has been alright since getting back into the pool but I always feel a little sluggish in the pool, the glide hasn’t quite come back.
So, when I finished and my time was 14:37, I was stoked. Still not the fastest on the block and I am sure with a bit more training under my belt I will get it down to 12:30 or close.
