Got home from work after a full day of work and decided to blow off some steam with a light run.
3 minutes into the run and I knew this was not going to be a casual affair. Mapped out a section in Waikumete cemetary for future runs and smashed the last km with some high cadence running. Heart rate would have been well up there but was good to start to feel the technique coming back.
Cant wait for the next run now.
